Shipping

Order Processing:

We make it our priority to ensure a timely delivery of your order, so we will always aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours pending product availability and credit verification. Please bear in mind that time frames are an estimation and can sometimes take a little longer than expected.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Please note, delivery times can vary, but we will always work hard to get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Free shipping and delivery times:

We have pieces available in stock in our London studio, available for UK customers, everything else will be shipped from HEIMER Sales & Distribution in Germany.

All deliveries are subject to the delivery costs which will be quouted at checkout. All costs are to be paid by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Free shipping will be applied to orders over 100 £.

For orders below 100 £:

UK: Standard Delivery ( 2-4 business days) : 6 £

EU: Standard Delivery ( 3-5 business days) : 12 £

DE: Standard Delivery ( 1-2 business days) : 6 £

INTERNATIONAL: Express Delivery ( 3-5 business days) : 25 £

For international order outside the UK and the European Union please note, sometimes there can be delays due to Customs clearance, which are unfortunately out of our hands.

Duties and taxes:

UK orders:
Our prices include taxes and duties for the UK.

European Union orders:
Our prices include taxes and duties for all EU member states.

International orders (all countries other than the UK and EU member states):
We don’t have visibility of all customs costs so all international orders will be sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). That means you will be responsible for any import duties and taxes incurred, which may need to be paid on collection of your package.

Please make sure to track your package and be aware if customs are trying to contact you.
